(Technology Preview) To Create table style using existing Table

  1. Select the existing table whose appearance you wish to save as a style and the Tables Tools > Layout will open in the ribbon.
  2. From the below two choices you can choose any one to create table style.

    Select Style Manager from the Table Style section.

    OR, Right-click on the table and select the Create Table Style option.

  3. The Style Manager dialog opens.
  4. A new style is created in the Style Manager dialog.
  5. Type in a desired name for the table.


    Note: The default name for the style is Untitled. You can rename it.
  6. Click Save. The added Table Style is displayed in the Place Table Dialog and the Properties Dialog
